BDC, Internet Sales Rep - Job Description:

As an Automotive Internet Sales Representative, you will be directly responsible for monitoring and following up with potential customer leads received via internet, text, phone, and visits to the dealership.

BDC, Internet Sales Rep - Job Responsibilities:

  • Following and maintaining relationship with former customers

  • Monitoring and contacting internet leads

  • Determining each customer's vehicle needs by active listening

  • Learning, understanding, and following call and email scripts

  • Setting, confirming, and following up on appointments

  • Performing surveys with customers

  • Other duties as required

Job Requirements

Internet Sales Rep - Job Requirements:

As an Automotive Internet Sales Representative, you must embody Ciocca’s stellar community reputation of honesty, integrity and superior customer service.

The ideal Internet Sales Representative will also have:

  • Some College

  • Proven track record in customer service and/or sales; BDC/internet automotive experience is preferred, but not required

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to establish rapport and build relationships to ensure repeat customers

  • Strong multi-tasking and organization skills

  • Basic computer proficiency

  • Verifiable work history

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Strong English skills

  • Bilingual is a plus
