Mining our customer database to find existing sales opportunities and convert those opportunities into sales through targeted sales communications.

  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales specialist for further development and closure.
  • Help close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts to generate interests and educate customers about the right time to upgrade their vehicles

Job Requirements

  • Call center experience a plus
  • Dealership experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent phone, organizational, written, and oral skills
  • Ability to instantly build rapport with clients with a friendly but professional demeanor
  • Ability to follow instructions 
  • Positive Attitude
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivation and self-sufficient
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Drive to succeed customer expectations
